Covering a lot of bases with this one. Nice to see hack squats! Haven't tried those since I was teenage and reading old muscle mags looking for exercises. Nice work, fellas.

Always wanted to try hack squats for quads but never thought about doing em with elevated feet...Worth giving it a shot

Dude, I did this workout except switched out the hack squat variation for a leg extension machine and shiiiiit I have been so sore the past 2 days!!! 🙌🙌 Finally less sore just in time for another leg day! Thanks guys!!

This was an awesome video with some good workouts to add to my regimen. Although I was kind of let down when I didn't see Predator playing in the background for motivation for the millionth time Lol Thanks for the inspiration buff dudes 💪

Great workout, I had massive DOMS for the next two days. I'm a primary school teacher and working with my class was tough (good job it was last week of term). How do you guys manage? Do you suffer DOMS much?

As long as you want. Like actually, it's just a standard 5x5, you could do it for a couple months if you wanted and progress a bit on it, or just a couple weeks to get prepped for the superhero plan. Personally I'm gonna do it for 3 months, I wanna make some strength gains before moving on

I am personally curious on the mental aspect of working out consistently. I have been into working out in the past, but I got out of the habit.. and am having trouble staying motivated and consistent once I start. Can you explain how you all stay so consistent? Do you think having your youtube channels help you all stay motivated to keep working out and teaching us? Just wondering how you would teach someone(me) to stay consistent in the mind if they don't have a fitness channel or following. And, would you suggest I start one to help keep me consistent? (You may already have a video with this information, if so, I haven't seen it)

my leg days have suffered with out my gym for the last 4 months. I find it the most difficult to do at home, even with a modest home gym setup.. I WANT MY PLATE LOADED LEG PRESS AND SQUAT RACK BACK ....DAMMIT!!!!

Use ur couch as a leg press that’s what I use to do before I bought my leg press , if u need more weight have someone sit on it .

Why doesn't Hudson try the country diet while Brandon tries the city diet. By country diet, I mean foods that are grown in the farm and by city diet, I mean the foods that are not grown in farms (In California and Oregon)

Sorry to ask but do i add weight every set for 3 times then dropset or add weight every time the reps decrease on the weighted squat i have been adding weight 2 times every time the rep drops
