Apologize for the delay! The good news is we've shot all the rest of STAGE 3 so look for those final videos very soon. Hope everyone is able to get their workouts in during all this craziness. Stay Safe, Stay Buff!! -Hudson & Brandon

Why doesn't Hudson try the country diet while Brandon tries the city diet. By country diet, I mean foods that are grown in the farm and by city diet, I mean the foods that are not grown in farms (In California and Oregon)?

I was wondering if you guys were ever going to plan a video on what kind of diet is good for like a a lean bulk at any point?

ive always considered leg day as my cardio day, lol. squats/lunges/rdls/stiff leg deadlifts, all these exercises are extreme cardio workouts ...

Very similar to one of my favorite chest/back routines. I would superset bench press with pullups, incline press with bent over rows, dips with seated cable rows, and pullovers with reverse crunches. 4 sets of each with pyramid principle. Very brutal.

Same here. Also I have no space for my dream home gym. So dumbbells, kettlebells, and varieties of resistance bands make up my setup for now.

buy a pull up bar for 20 bucks dude. well worth it. Also you can use chairs for dips, handstand and incline push ups using a wall or any raised platform, tables or chairs work well. Been working out 6 months now and only been able to hit the gym for 2 of them, I think I've put on 12 lbs of muscle so far and lost 20 lbs of fat. You don't need to drop 2000+$. This thing might be over in weeks, who knows. Be creative, save $$$.

same in California, but for me it's cool 'cause I feel more focused, no need to wait for someone to finish their sets besides I workout with some dope testosterone boosting metal music, you can start by doing calisthenics kind of workout and later on you upgrade it by buying dumbbells or trx's and slowly you keep building a home gym

Thanks for everything, I'm about to start stage 3 of the superhero plan and I'm stoked. Curious though, my gym setup is not great for some of the supersets, some equipment is really far apart and would result in whatever I'm using getting swiped. Is this going to significantly reduce the effectiveness if the workout if I have to break up some of the supersets?
@DrSuperMonky4 жыл бұрын
Do you dudes ever use toes to bar for abs? I think they are the most effective ab exercise there is, as long as they're not done crossfit style. Windshield wipers are great too, but those are damn hard.

Love the buff dudes workouts yessir! Question tho, is there a reason why you guys don't fully lockout on your presses?
@jonathanray39354 жыл бұрын
It keeps more tension on the muscles if you don't lock out.
@RustinTravis4 жыл бұрын
It's called TUT, time under tension.

I'm 60 years old...here is my chest workout....300 reps of 40 lb flat flys in as many sets as it takes to reach 300 reps ,usually 7 to 8 sets ...that's all. As far as my upper back ... 7 sets of bent over rows standing outside the bar getting heavier with each set, then single handed between the legs for 4 sets ,4 sets of wide grip bent over rows. Then 4 sets using my straps instead of a v handle. My sets start off at very high reps. On heavy upper back day I do 300 reps with 100lbs bent over rows again I do the 300 reps in as little number of sets, I always just grip the bar with my hands ,then 4 sets of heavy wide grip bent over rows no required reps on those. At 60 my back is bigger then it ever has been . I realized that you don't need to to 50 different things for one muscle group to get bigger. As far as my lower back....deadlifts with the trap bar. I work out on my concrete patio in Florida and I don't use a v handle or own one. It's hard to get into working out at home but when you can do it year around outside with only a pair of shorts and no rules and regulations its great. PS ,where are the women????????????
