+adam heeley That's a great idea, but ome of the skin can have a kind of fatty texture that might be off-putting to some people. However, you could put those bits in the oven to render down and crisp a little before tossing it in.

this looks awesome, do you think i can just use franks "hot buffalo" instead of the original? this reminds me of when i made a buffalo chicken salad, i used a rotisserie chicken. instead of mayo i used bleu cheese dressing with a little mayo, carrots a nd celery. white meat only for the salad but i fried up all the dark meat till it was crunchy mixed that with franks and put it on top. freaking foodgasmic. i need to make that again

I know this comment is 2 years old but if the blue cheese you have tasted in your life tastes like feet then you have not had good quality blue cheese my friend. You should not taste the "mold" at all it should accent the flavor and create something new. TLDR - DONT USE KRAFT.. There's hints of cream cheese in it, but it's not over powering at all, and it's a great contrast to the chicken and the hot sauce. I've made this three times so far, and it's amazing. I highly suggest it. Also the celery works very well with it too.
