I just started the second week of P1.. It's getting up. Had to switch up 1-2 exercises because we don't have the proper equipment but I love this workout plan so far. Tried couple exercises for the first time and I already feel the improvements. Thanks for that guys. You rock! Keep up the good work.

That's funny you mentioned grip giving out, thats exactly what happened to me yesterday, finished P1D4 which ends with 5x10 barbell shrugs, though the last few reps on set 4 my grip was giving out. I was getting pissed my grip isn't matching what i could shrug. I'll consider getting some straps but only for setting PR's and last sets when i need em! loving the programme, its ballsy as hell!!

Hi Hudson and Brandon, I am pretty new to pull-ups, I finally managed to do some sets of 10 a few weeks ago. The only doubt I have is that I do not know the difference between doing it with a straight bar or an angled bar. Pullovers will always work the chest and back, but to emphasise contraction in the back, keep the weight behind the head, and to emphasise contraction in the chest, keep the weight just behind/in front of the head
