glad you tell people cant be lifting heavy heavy all the time that's the way it is when you train for years. Liked what you said "your gonna have those peaks and valleys" one of the best things you can tell people especially beginners get discouraged very quickly. keep these awesome videos coming guys!

You guys are the best. So many other people out there try and make this sound so easy with "shortcuts" and "tricks," but you dudes show the fun and misery that comes with getting buff. There is no shortcuts, just hard work. Thanks.

Jake lol And how does training in fewer reps but higher intensity change anything? If you have a program that works for you, you should stick to it and try and progress
@Jake-xn9xk
@Jake-xn9xk 8 жыл бұрын
xStabizorz well done smartarse... He is asking what program he should follow, he doesn't have a strategy yet. You fucking idiot. State the obvious. low reps and high intensity will increase strength and muscle growth the most if a proper diet is applied.
@xStabizorz
@xStabizorz 8 жыл бұрын
Jake lol Well in that case, hes a total noob and should either do SS or SL, both of which arent actually intense. And chill with the insults, I was just trying to help him.

for the seated calf raise, should the weight rest right on your knee cap, or closer to the middle of your thigh? should your leg from your ankle to your knee be exactly perpendicular to the platform you put your feet on or should your leg form an angle less than 90 degree? how much of you feet should be on the platform, just your toes or like half of your foot?
@BrewTimeRS
@BrewTimeRS 8 жыл бұрын
half way between your knee and mid-thigh is fine Around 90° ankle is also fine Your toes and the little ball thing where your big toe bends from are what I put on the platform

LMAO, beast mode (beauty and the beast). Out of the 3 options i selected anatomy but it would be good to see more on mobility, prevention and how to deal with joint problems, have you guys ever faced joint problems( I heard brandon mention about a knee problem once) and how did you deal with it, it would be great to see what mobility/stretches you do before and after a work out and do you do any mobility/stretching at other times like before you go bed or in the morning

What are some good workouts to actually become strong enough to squat properly? I always have to use the squat machine because I can't do it with proper form with using bar. I can't balance with my back as upright as you guys do it. My upper body leans more forward and I get that posterior pelvic tilt (butt wink) thing going on.
