Let the gains begin. Day 1 of our BULKING PLAN! We'll be alternating videos so in week 1 we'll focus on me and Brandon and week 2 we'll focus on Lewis. We'll do this throughout the 12 week plan to cover both intermediate and beginners. GOOD LUCK!

If I'm at 500 calories above my maintenance (TDEE = 3,100 + 500 = 3,600 daily) and I wear a fitness watch that tracks my calories burned and it synchronizes it to MyFitnessPal and then I end in a caloric deficit (3,600 - exercise 800 for example = +800 Green) Does that mean I am not really in a surplus anymore? Or does the maintenance calories (3,100) already incorporate exercise as a factor and I shouldn't pay attention to the calories burned according to MFP?

How have your gym sessions been going so far?
@MaxSpider20007 жыл бұрын
Brandon Hey man! These workouts really kick ass. I used to not do serious warm-up and stretching but with 85%of max rep, losening up is a must. Otherwise, well after the first one i was sore for a good 2 days which is odd for heavy workout but i am not used to it. Yesterday i completed the third and i am almost ready to go again soo the soreness shouldn't occur after a couple of workouts i guess. They do seem a bit too short even though i push my limit for every last rep but i can tell they are efficient! if you want to try this, keep in mind the meal plan. That is really important here. i recommend you try clean bulking meaning not too much excess fat or other junk in the food.
@BdaB1647 жыл бұрын

Hey guys, love your channel. Getting tons of motivation even for a geezer like me. Thank you! wanted to add an observation\experience of mine with the front squat (love it, takes a lot of full body power). The Clean Grip done right puts the scapula in full retraction and locks the spine in extension, right where you want to be. Cross grip lends itself to scapular protraction and spinal flexion, No Bueno. If you want to do this one recommend keep it light and take the time to work on the wrist flexibilty you need to do it right. Thanks again and keep on keepin on!
