Thank you Adam Burnham we will let him know! Yes, we were talking about him helping us out with a lot of fitness DIY stuff (Power Rack, Bench, Roman Sit-Ups Chair) and then eventually moving on to his own DIY channel where he can build a lot of non-fitness related things.
@Jon6249110 жыл бұрын
Buff Dudes That would be awesome. I come to this channel for fitness (though I do enjoy the humor). The DIY workout equipment is cool, but I do feel like Buff Dad is being forced to build within the limitations of what one can do themselves while also keeping it fitness related. It would be nice to see him expand and get more creative with his ideas. I know that he is more than capable. Just my opinion. :)

Dudes, I would really enjoy seeing a clubbell exercise demo from you guys & get your take on this type of workout. I'm using 10lb clubs for lower black surgery recovery & I replicated the exercise club Duke made. Thanks Buff Dudes & Buff Duke, love the DIY equipment.

Just made something similar but did some research on exercises first. The clubs fall into the same family with Kettlebells. This means if it hits the ground when your trying to do swings then it's too long. Also don't necessarily think heavier is better. I filled mine with pea gravel and they came in at 10 lbs a piece. The movements I found are great for shoulder mobility, neuromuscular awareness and really cranks down on your lats. They look and feel great though. Love this series and keep them coming.

Would lead or steel shot filling the pipe be heavier?
@petehugh52954 жыл бұрын
I made one of these to add to my home workouts during lockdown in the UK. Absolutely love it. The only change I made was to make the 1" pipe 36" long so the final product is more like an Indian gada. It's great for 360 swings, and my shoulders are WAY more flexible now. Thanks Duke!
@samtjones6664 жыл бұрын
Hey where did you get the pipes from please? Can’t see any suitable from b&q or wickes
@petehugh52954 жыл бұрын
@@samtjones666 In the UK we pretty much have to go to a proper trade supplier for stuff like this. I bought black mild steel pipes and fittings from www.pipedreamfittings.com - based on my experience I'd highly recommend them.

@@gatovipfitness3215 I haven't weighed it, but I'd guess about 7kg with all the small pipes loaded inside. I also have a 10kg standard steel mace, but the pipe version is tougher for most exercises due to the extra length.
