I love the variety and unconventional exercises! Love the idea of exhausting the same muscle group completely and bringing it to failure! My favorite is the back in prone position! Keep it coming!!

Great video! I'm going to have to try this out. One of the biggest things that has helped me build muscle has been a custom meal plan from Next Level Diet. I use it every week and I love it!

Great video guys! I ordered the Superhero plan of yours, I'm on week 7 and I'm already seeing gains & progress, I'm really enjoying the program especially the compound exercises, it is a well put together plan, with step by step guide that has helped me immensely thank you! 💪

Doing the same plan. I’m in week 3 of phase 2. Endurance. I really avoided cardio up until now and I’m glad I took the plunge. I can actually jog now, lol.

I work out at home with just dumbbells and a barbell. This is the best home workout video I've seen by far! It helped me add a lot of new exercises to my repertoire. Thank you, Buff Dudes.

Worked the Buff Dudes cutting plan for two years, approximately. Working through the Buff Dudes Super Hero plan currently. I’ll give this one a try once I’ve run through the SH plan, at least twice

When my kids were younger we always knew everyone was gonna be sick around September and October when they went back to school after summer break. There was nothing we could do. It just happened every year.

Thank you for this! I'm doing OK financially myself but my extended family isn't THEREFORE....I couldn't spare the money for my gym membership this month. I miss the machines at the gym but I can maintain at home with dumbbells. I really appreciate the unconventional moves in this video!

Yats Ffub, Brandon. Could you do a video on your opinion and Hudson's opinion on cheat days and whether or not you like the idea. I, myself, have decided I really can't do them anymore because Monday is my weekly weigh in day and cheat day Sunday was effing up my Monday weigh in.

I'm curious about form for Nordic Curls. I was always under the impression that, like push ups, you should maintain a relatively straight body engagement from knees to shoulders. You guys maintained a bend at the hips. Is that intentional/purposeful? Don't want to come across as a s*** poster telling you your form is wrong, just noting a difference in what I saw vs. thought. Also loved that you included the band assistance piece, I've found I can get a much greater range of motion with the band and figure that will help develop the strength better through that full range.

For the seated calf raise, I recommend putting a stepper or block on the ground so you can drop your heels below parallel for a deeper stretch.

Longtime follower, maybe a funny question but when Im watching the lateral raise of 15 reps for example you're keeping the same weight as u progress? Just checking w u, I'm always wanting to add a little more weight through my set. Ty ❤

whats a good alternative for pull ups and such, I [personally don't have a weight rack (or w.e you call it lol) to utilize it's basically a bedroom with my weights and (narrow) bench in it lol, oh also how do you guys deal with foot cramps lmao cuz those can stop you doing anything pretty fast
