I've had my 6260 for over ten years now and it hasn't failed me yet. I went with the Infinium version. Swapperd out the stock tubes for JJs (both power and preamp) and it sounds great. When the wife isn't home, it's my go to amp. Great demo. Nice to see a budget brand get some love.

It's funny.....people will STILL..bag on Bugera for the past reliability issues! It boggles the mind. Anyway...I've owned plenty of amps of other brands that had issues and the (2) I own (TriRec and 333xl Infinium) have NEVER given me issues and going on 6 years for both. I'll probably catch some heat for this but...I liked the way this sounded better than the VH4 vid you did !! Haha!! Sounded good, man and I can't wait for my Ubershall Twin Jet to get to me!

I have one and they are fantastic amps. Definitely go with the newer Infinium version. I've changed out the tubes to all kinds of types and brands for experimentation. The Infinium tech in these things automatically biases and monitors the tubes perfectly.

Great demo, my man. The newer 6262 Infinium is going to be my next amp. I cant wait. Bugera might be very inexpensive but they are by means cheap, at least not from what I can tell. Ive had the G20 Infinium for 3 years now and I love it. I bought it for $300 brand new but its easily mistakable for a $500 head, the build quality is so good.

Cool to see this. Mine has the el34s in it now and that lead channel has sooooooo much gain. I’ve found a tube screamer style pedal in front of the “crunch” channel can give you much more flexibility with the gain if you like a looser gain feel.

I stuck a 5751 in v1 of the preamp and it pulls the gain back a little but you're right, it's literally fully saturated at 2/10. Crazy.

I use to have one of the 6262 booger amps as I call em . I didn’t keep it very long , I had the first gen.. man it had all kinds of issues.

I've wanted one of these for years but ended up passing one by when I jammed through it. It's a beast amp, but a little too shrill in those 1k mids pre-gain. It does sound mean and snarly though. I ended up getting a DSL 40w and a ton of OD pedals instead lol Great stuff 🍻🤘

So far the 6262 has been more reliable then my 6505+ for giging as long as I run into the fx loop of my 6505+ im good but I get a random volume drop if I run into the front of the amp. And at the moment there are no tube amp techs in my area I installed new tubes clean all the knobs to clear dust from them looks to be zero damage to the bourd or thethers inside of the amp im assuming my fx loop could be the problem I cleaned the dust from the loop but still haveing volumes drops when runing into the front of the amp but no problem when running into the return with my pedalbourd.
