In this short vlog, we got the time to capture two incredible Buick Riveria Lowriders from Los Angeles.
We talk with the owners about what lowriding means to them and how these came to be. We have a 1967 buick riviera and a 1966 buick riviera lowriders.

Our Journey started back in 2006, where we travelled the world in search for the best custom cars to be featured in numerous car magazine. After the decline of printed magazine, we had the idea to create our own digital magazine. We started with Facebook as a platform to curate some of the world’s most incredible builds and then we unleashed our very own digital magazine called SuperFly.
The aim was to create more indepth stories of the cars we photograph around the world and create a monthly digital magazine. It would embrace not only the car and the owners story, but we would bring forth the lifestyles within the culture and feature inspiring car builders/owners from the likes of Jay Leno, Breal of Cypress Hill, Ralph at RMD Garage, to the guy or gal in their garage building a SuperFly project.

Not salty at all, some these new generations dont even scratch the surface or try to do thier research on the oringinators of this all, the first full chrome undercarriage was done way before lowriders existed, the 1926 Ford Model T Roadster "shish kabob" had full chrome "undies" in the '50s and it was a Hot Rod. He never once talked down, He said he's always been a traditionalist, those lowriders don't appeal to him. Evolution or not, its guys like this that keep tradition alive and well for ppl like me who dig deeper and want to pay respects to the old style, newer stuff is just a fad, these eras are timeless!

Idk man I still feel that lowriding starting as a culture in San Jose. Lowrider magazine started here in SJ too. Where else do they post on the main streets No Cruising Zone. Come on homie keep it serio

I like all the eras some history don’t get told remember that and some get told one way it’s not that I don’t like their it’s just I feel you don’t have to discredit one era to get you point across cause if wasn’t for the others and rap music not a lot of people would know about the culture. Rap music and g body’s and Cadillacs sparked the brain to dig deeper to beginning and like I said history sometime is explain one way so doesn’t mean what you are saying is right or wrong you totally forgot the 70s anyway like I said homie you don’t have to discredit one era of lowriding to justify your explanation. Lowriding is about more than the car it’s deeper. Every of era lowriding played it’s part that’s all I’m saying so don’t be salty about it on some racial divide stuff brotha cause you gave props bill hines and a lot you know what but basically talked a whole lot mess about eazy e snoop and Dre and of course you had lowriding. Just saying brotha from what you were saying cool give props where it’s due but seem kinda racially undertone to me .

Gotta agree. This guy comes off like a 'gate keeper' someone in the crowd who decides they know who belongs and who doesn't. Fact is just like any form of pop music , this car trend was apt to catch on and there would be many different variations of the original theme. Yet the gate keepers claim its all theirs and everyone else got it wrong.
