Nice but kitchen is oversized i would give up space for a smaller kitchen in exchange for a separate bed room. I like the murphy bed in the living room for those guest.

I would extend the loft over the Murphy bed to accommodate a queen or full mattress. I would opt out the Murphy and have a front room. Now I’m really liking it. I liked it before, but now I really like it. Beautiful building.

My friend got a 8x16. Spray foam insulation I can hear everything that goes on outside. It maybe warm but not sound proofing at all. I want warm,safe,sound blocking insulation.

The post in the middle has the natural bark left on to create a more rustic look. We've used pine on our floors for years and have had no problem but if it is a concern of yours we can also do Hemlock flooring or you can lay down your own flooring after delivery.
