Being a runner I am more hamstring dominant so my body needs days like this 🔥!! Tomorrow I’ve got 6 miles w/ 400m intervals tho and after today that’s gonna be “fun” 🥴🤣🤣 thanks for keeping me strong.

This work out is definitely one of my new favorites. When you were in the wall sit and chanted “ I birthed three kids and it was harder than this”, I felt that. It was the inspiration that all us mamas needed! You guys are the realest, thanks for always being so fun to work out with 🙏🏼

I would have never picked up a set of dumbbells if it weren’t for you!! I am a yoga instructor and find weight lifting BORING and without choreography. BUT you have so much choreography and unique movement that I don’t feel like I’m bored to death! My body has transformed in the last 8 months because of your workouts THANK YOU

I agree! It’s the unique movements that excite me- if you could see the dopamine in my brain when she does something crazy with her legs or a combo move 😂😂😂 I love all the unique and different and hard things! ❤

Holy stinking bananas!!!! I’m currently repeating the build 30 workout the second time but with 15lb, 20lb and 25lb dumbbells. This particular leg day got me asking myself some funny questions!!! I ate it and didn’t leave any crumbs!!

This is my favourite (so far) NML workout challenge. I love the 30 reps at the beginning, also super easy to change that to reps to failure if I am feeling brave, the combination of isometric and unilateral work and then the ladder to finish. so much fun, so much sweating and I know it's going to help me get so much stronger. Thank you as always :)

LOVED this workout! I def will come back to this one for leg day every time! The warmup\mobility was 💪🏼👌👍! I cant believe it, but i finished with 20 seconds of squat jumps 🤰🏼… also thinking I’d like a certificate of completion after finishing this summer challenge 😂😂😂

I’m a week behind (ie started a week late) but that was … HORRIBLE! 😆😆 I care for our disabled daughter (who requires lifting all day long … she’s 5’ and 100+lbs) and anyways, had back surgery in 2017 and whew, today my back kept cramping so badly. Even with taking breaks or dropping the weights all together, that was TOUGH!! I hung in there, but it sure showed me how my abs and low back need strengthening terribly bad. 😕 It showed me that I need to keep at it. Perhaps when I repeat this program I’ll do better the 2nd time around.

I was never an athlete, let alone enjoy working out until I found NML a year ago when I was 1 year postpartum. My husband loves to climb 14ers (14,000 ft elevation mountain peaks) and has wanted me to climb with him but I knew I couldn’t do it. As Ive done the last 3 programs and on my second round of this one, I feel so much stronger! So much so that we climbed my first 14er this weekend! An accomplishment I never thought I would be able to do! Thank you all at NML! ❤

I have never been more engaged and never once have I been bored. I get bored easily and it makes it difficult to like a trainer because they aren’t exciting or they’re too slow or they don’t challenge me enough. I have found my people!!! ❤🎉❤

Day 7 did not disappoint! Legs on fire! I usually dont mind wall sits, but at the end of this workout they were brutal! Thank you both for being real and relatable and for challenging us in mind and body. Yes - praise Jesus for some mobility tomorrow 😅

Thank you for your reminder in this video to be grateful: “That we all have something to be grateful for.” I’ve been struggling with some issues with my 8 year old daughter for a few years now and yesterday was a hard day. I was emotionally spent already and didn’t want to work out. However, I pushed myself to do it (as I know I always feel better afterwards) and the Lord used your words to help me refocus and choose gratitude and gratefulness despite life being hard at times. Thank you for all you do!
