YES!!! Week one complete 🎉🎉🎉. Observations: In the past when the workout got hard I’d stop and not finish and then I wouldn’t come back. This week I stuck to it. Showed up every day and completed the workout…even if I needed to pause a minute. I’m 54, 35lbs overweight and I have no upper body strength. I avoid getting down on the ground. Way too difficult getting down and back up. I really tried this week. I would have to pause the video to do it. Not today 🎉. I didn’t pause once. It was still difficult but yet easier. So proud of myself. Can’t wait for week two. Thank you ❤❤❤.

Today's workout was at a hotel gym that didn't have my weights I usually use so I pushed myself to use 25's and I couldn't believe that they really weren't that heavy. I did it! It's these workouts that are helping me gain strength and mobility. 💪

Loved this workout!! I started doing NML workouts in February at 2 years postpartum. Struggled to even do a few push ups from my knees, and today I was able to do them all from my toes in this workout!! In February I started with 10# dumbbells and struggggled, today I was using 20s! I was always a cardio girl until now, I’ve become addicted to NML strength workouts!

Hii, i completed day 5 today, but ended it with a stinging pain on my right knee. 2 months back i had somehow injured myself on both my knees so i had to rest and recover for a month and i found your channel and did the workouts for injury and i completely recovered and started my journey again this month. Right now i am terrified to have injured myself again, i am not sure what it was that i did wrong, weights i used were also - 2.5 kgs each only, first time it hurted was during the lunges on right, now every time i squat or lunge or even during sitting down or standing up i feel the pain. Can anyone help me?

Love your workouts! Some exercises are a little difficult to do (knee and a shoulder issue)so I modify those but I can do most. I’ll be 64 in August, working out steadily for 3 years so I’m getting stronger!

Still feeling the legs from Thursday (even with a rest day yesterday!) and it may have taken me over an hour with rebounder breaks, but it hit all the right spots and I can't wait to return to it! I'm usually a hardstyle Kettlebell swinger, and I love how crosstraining with the ski swings seem to really help me dial them in!

That burnout was insane. 20 lbs in each hand. A hard week of workouts for me. I used 12. 17, 25 and 30 for this workout.

@nourishmovelove Thank you for offering free workouts. It's a lot of work for you to make these workouts, and I'm beyond grateful. I went to a gym for years, but 81/2 years ago, after my 4th child was born, I decided to do home workouts. I haven't regretted it. I have 5 children ages 24, 22, and almost 20, 8 and 6 years old. My husband and I have been married for almost 27 years. It's been a crazy journey bit God is good...always.

Question for ya, do you have some kind of hip friendly workout program/video? I'm 28, i have 4 back to back pregnancies and i guess all that extra load did a number to my hips because every since the last one, i cant put all my weight on my right leg and i cant sit Criss Cross applesauce anymore. Its too painful. I'm not an expert but i think its the psoas specifically

Lindsay, you get us!! I woke up angry this morning about the stressors in my life but the Daniel Tiger reference just shook me! 😂 in that moment I was like "why be angry? Week 1 in the books!!!!! My whole body is aching - especially the gluts!
