YES!!! Week one complete 🎉🎉🎉. Observations: In the past when the workout got hard I’d stop and not finish and then I wouldn’t come back. This week I stuck to it. Showed up every day and completed the workout…even if I needed to pause a minute. I’m 54, 35lbs overweight and I have no upper body strength. I avoid getting down on the ground. Way too difficult getting down and back up. I really tried this week. I would have to pause the video to do it. Not today 🎉. I didn’t pause once. It was still difficult but yet easier. So proud of myself. Can’t wait for week two. Thank you ❤❤❤.

Today's workout was at a hotel gym that didn't have my weights I usually use so I pushed myself to use 25's and I couldn't believe that they really weren't that heavy. I did it! It's these workouts that are helping me gain strength and mobility. 💪

Anyone else end every workout in tears because you're so proud of doing something for yourself? Or is it just me? Told my husband last night that I'm noticing I need to up my weights for the first time in a long time.

I had a little cry after finishing this burn out. I wanted to drop those weights but didn't quit. Like Lindsay says if you start something you finish it. You press the play button you have committed. Never quit 😊❤

I was tearing up 🥲 with 15 pound weights above my head while you were giving that fighting speech. I have been battling anxiety/depression and panic attacks for the last 5 months. I fight every day to be ok for myself and my boys. Few things make me feel as strong as your workouts. Thank you ♥️

@siempresuze My 19 year old daughter is going thru the same thing. She started therapy about 4 months ago and is learning to take life minute by minute. She is reading the Bible and praying for strength in this storm. Jesus will carry you.

I'll pray for you!! I struggle with anxiety and depression as well. With therapy, Jesus, and honestly Lindsay's workouts, it has helped me maintain mental health.

I just told my husband how thankful I am for all your hard work and giving consistently great workouts. I LOVED this one. Loved the snatch rotation, the no weight abs crunch to toe touch, but oh my gosh…the finisher that was so much more than a holy bananas - that was stinkin’ HARD!!! Holy shoulders on fire!!! I kept thinking 🎶“These shoulders are on fire”. 🎶Hahaha Thank you!!! Seriously! Thank you so much

I am fitting for…. To be stronger! My dad was diagnosed last year with Parkinson’s 😢 my mom passed away of a heart attack 9 years ago. I want to be strong for myself and a great role model for my kids! Thank you Lindsey and team! You are the best! 💪

I was in tears by the end of the work out because of something you said… “stay in the fight, we are all fighting something in our lives. You gotta stay in the fight”. I’ve been in the season of waiting faithfully for 16 years. This one got to me! It’s not just the work out of the body but the mind! It’s why I come back each day. Plus this is fun! Thank you! Working through Build 30 for the second time!! Just completed day 5 today and am feeling SO motivated to keep pushing and finish the program again. I have done all the other NML programs; I don’t know what it is about this one, but it just makes me feel so strong and capable! LOVING it!!

This was such a good one! And this whole program is so encouraging. Just finished week 1, and it took me 2 weeks to finish it because of not having days where I could make it to the gym with a baby and toddler! But so glad I did it and I’m starting week 2 tomorrow!

I am so happy to have found your channel. I realize this was posted a month ago but I just opened it. I'm so happy. Lindsey, your subtle references to your faith, encourage me. As a 60+ year old I find the typical workouts for older adults way to easy for me. While I may need to use lighter weights I love the challenge. (But I find I am amazed at just how much I can do.) Looking forward to seeing results. And yes, I like many of your followers tear up. Thanks for the encouragement.

Doing this at 9 weeks post partum means there’s a few more sets- with such dynamic moves as 1 nursing session, 2 poopy diapers, 1 spit up all over my workout shirt, and 1000 billion times replacing the binky! praising the lord for healthy body and son

Week one complete! Wow that was a great workout! The finisher at the end was tough my forearms were burning! Still appreciate the mobility moves bc I’m very tight in the hips but I’m trying to improve. Thanks so much! 😅❤

I was spoon feeding my 7 month old after this and my arms were totally shaking. I feel like a noodle. She pushes me to go heavier. I did the workout with 15-21 lbs and feel super proud.

Loved this workout!! I started doing NML workouts in February at 2 years postpartum. Struggled to even do a few push ups from my knees, and today I was able to do them all from my toes in this workout!! In February I started with 10# dumbbells and struggggled, today I was using 20s! I was always a cardio girl until now, I’ve become addicted to NML strength workouts!

I started this and then got covid and was out for a few weeks. But I’m back and getting back in! I did a few of your shorter workouts for a few days to get recalibrated! And love the Daniel Tiger reference. We all need that!!!❤😂

Day 5 ✅done . Catching up..I increased my weights from 7.5 to 10.5 lbs. Felt so good after I realized your workouts have made me stronger. After this workout my hamstrings, lower glutes were sore. Thanks much for the video.

Hii, i completed day 5 today, but ended it with a stinging pain on my right knee. 2 months back i had somehow injured myself on both my knees so i had to rest and recover for a month and i found your channel and did the workouts for injury and i completely recovered and started my journey again this month. Right now i am terrified to have injured myself again, i am not sure what it was that i did wrong, weights i used were also - 2.5 kgs each only, first time it hurted was during the lunges on right, now every time i squat or lunge or even during sitting down or standing up i feel the pain. Can anyone help me?

Love your workouts! Some exercises are a little difficult to do (knee and a shoulder issue)so I modify those but I can do most. I’ll be 64 in August, working out steadily for 3 years so I’m getting stronger!

Finished the first 5. Didn't realize my lower back, upper outer glutes were sore until I began the workout. Using lighter weights too on all these and still getting sore (chest was too).

Couldn't do this workout yesterday since my daughter had a doctor's appointment that took up all the time I set aside for my workout, and it was hard to convince myself to make it up today, but I did! Still get one more day of rest before coming back to the grind Monday! Looking forward to next week's workouts!

Still feeling the legs from Thursday (even with a rest day yesterday!) and it may have taken me over an hour with rebounder breaks, but it hit all the right spots and I can't wait to return to it! I'm usually a hardstyle Kettlebell swinger, and I love how crosstraining with the ski swings seem to really help me dial them in!

I can’t do the abs in circuit one, it’s not even that my abs can’t do it, but my tailbone! Anyone else have that problem or is it just me 😅

That burnout was insane. 20 lbs in each hand. A hard week of workouts for me. I used 12. 17, 25 and 30 for this workout.

@nourishmovelove Thank you for offering free workouts. It's a lot of work for you to make these workouts, and I'm beyond grateful. I went to a gym for years, but 81/2 years ago, after my 4th child was born, I decided to do home workouts. I haven't regretted it. I have 5 children ages 24, 22, and almost 20, 8 and 6 years old. My husband and I have been married for almost 27 years. It's been a crazy journey bit God is good...always.

Question for ya, do you have some kind of hip friendly workout program/video? I'm 28, i have 4 back to back pregnancies and i guess all that extra load did a number to my hips because every since the last one, i cant put all my weight on my right leg and i cant sit Criss Cross applesauce anymore. Its too painful. I'm not an expert but i think its the psoas specifically

Lindsay, you get us!! I woke up angry this morning about the stressors in my life but the Daniel Tiger reference just shook me! 😂 in that moment I was like "why be angry?
