I've been dealing with debilitating chronic pain, fatigue and arthritis for 26 years due to having a rare form of cancer, synovial sarcoma, at 11 years old. I've been in remission since 1997💗PRAISE JESUS! But, I've always been overweight because I'm constantly bedbound from the all over body pain caused by the poisonous treatments I endured. I recently found your channel and decided to try your workouts since you would go at a pace that I could keep up with. It's been a little less than a month and I'm already seeing results😃I'm losing weight and my joint pain and stiffness has improved greatly! I just wanna thank you for starting your channel. Amazing training! Standing excercises are very effective. 10-15 min sessions (no jumping, no weights, just work with your body) are the best. I do them everyday to keep my body in a good shape and look for them among your videos. Thank you a lot!

Since my neck injury at a bad chiro appointment 3 months ago, I've been having trouble doing core exercises; many floor ab workouts engage neck muscles! This exercise got my heart rate up and some tightness in my abs. I'll definitely use it again.

I literally cannot stand mat abs. I avoided ab workouts for years because of the discomfort and neck pain. These standing ab routines are a LIFESAVER. I can finally have a strong core!😭

If you had told me I would choose to do a workout on my own after work today, I would have laughed! Love having an all standing ab workout, I get so much tension in my shoulders and neck (yes, even when trying to engage the core), and this was perfect! Will be adding this to the quick workouts I'll actually use and enjoy!

I have hyper mobility and in the past, every time I get serious about exercising, I eventually injured myself - usually my knees which are a weak point for me, but sometimes my back or hips. Then I need to go to physio and I feel like I lose all momentum. I also don't enjoy exercise and am not highly motivated. I've recently been feeling very weak. I'm 29, but I am seriously worried about what condition I may be in in 10-20 years from now if I don't get fitter, but due to the reasons I started with, I need something pretty gentle, low impact and at a reasonable pace to prevent injuries. I prefer shorter videos like this so I can do multiple focussing on different areas. I've started really loving your channel. The shorter 5-10 min videos are so great for beginners or if you just don't have much time and I love that you actually say what you are doing. While I'm exercising, I'm not always in a good position to look at the screen so I tend to get lost and frustrated with channels which don't talk about the exercise they are doing and just play music the whole time.

I hope I can get better with my movements every time I attempt a routine like. I am 63 and I guess these routine are geared towards 25 - 35 year old. There are no modifications or beginners exercises with this lady. I am not a fan but I will keep trying to do these exercises. Thank you for posting videos and allowing me to comment.

@@BisleidyGalvan I was working out for 3 months without a diet plan. I just watch whatever I eat (not any type of junk food). I start to lose extra fat. For the first 2 months I can't see results but after 2 months I can see my weight change. Now slowly I am gaining muscles.

Excellent workout! I struggle with abs on the ground due to a chronic lower back injury and this didn't bother me at all! I did it twice through with a 5 minute break in between for my workout for the day and feel great!

This is great! There are times when you want to work your abs but you're somewhere that getting on the floor is cold or dirty or you might upset passersby. Now I can have my workout without worrying about any of that🎉❤
