It's time to make a couple of Sushi / Serving Boards. These boards were made with Curly Maple, Blood Wood, Zebra Wood & Wenge. They turned out great & I will be listing them on my Etsy page.

The curly Maple was probably a pain to push through the jointer too so many curls!! Tray looks good Brian! bring on the krenov projects!! NO SNOW here;)

Nice! What finish do you use on your sushi boards?

Thanks! I like to use Osmo top oil (high solid). It's for direct food contact & it provides a better moisture barrier than mineral oil.
