I really appreciated this project, Jon. First, it's a practical one for all of us who live in seasonal climates, and easily adaptable. This may be my solution! Mom of three, (and a wife) so... four? .... we don’t wear shoes ( well are not supposed to....) inside. We have a mud “ hallway “ and large garage... we live and experience all the seasons and are on over an acre of land and gardens......... Did I mention baseball cleats and golf too? Your video with meticulous design, detail and craftsmanship are wonderful! Lol I don’t have a wood shop, but will see if I can get someone at the area retirement community that I find in the wood shop to help me. Thank you.... and Bless you!

I need one of these. Here in Texas, we need to invert our work shoes and give them a good shake before putting them on...gotta clear out any brown recluse spiders that may be in them (or the occasional snake).

Nice project! At 11:06 when you are standing up the shoe rack, it looks like the bottom shelf is going to prevent the shoe rack from lying flat with the ground. How are you going to fix that?
