Here is the full workout in their correct order. ●Barbell bent over rows (4 pyramid sets) 12/10/8/8. ● 4 supersets: Lat pulldown 10 reps | Lat Pushdown 10 reps. ● Single arm seated row(machine): 4 sets 8-10 reps (per side). ● Plate loaded high row or supinated high rows (machine) 4 pyramid sets: 12/10/8/8. ● Chin ups: 3 sets AMRAP

I'm just some random gym bro, been lifting for over a decade. I think you should start the next level aesthetic era. Similar to what Zyzz was doing in 2012 but it will be even better because you're a female and you'll inspire the rest of females looking more aesthetic, proportional.
