He's been doing this style of content since day 1. So if he does become a champion (which he very well could do), it won't suddenly be because of his brand/style of content, but as another reply suggest, just his display at the show

That will not happen, 1.he is no american 2. Look at cbum he can also not win a pro open, not enough body mass. 3. You have to train in USA. 4. You have to double or triple your intake and thats dangerous business.

I am a 67 years old amateur power lifter and fitness trainer I have been working out for over 50 years. I weigh 80 kilos I don't have big muscles like a bodybuilder. Wesley is a good bodybuilder he looks good I learn a lot from him in this video I'm going to try this workout in the gym. I cycle long distances and rowing and boxing, fitness and I bench press 80 kilos and lift 100 kilos and squat 120 kilos I don't eat refine sugar and trans fat I'm strong and healthy for my age.

Hams and glutes too, but he has so little room with his weight cap to put on mass in those areas because already on stage he's only a few pounds from his weight limit. Coming in outrageously shredded isn't "Classic" either, so that's not necessarily the fix either. If he puts on those few pounds of muscle in the weaker areas, will it be enough to even notice on his massive frame? All this aside, I prefer Wes' physique to CBum and many other of the top Classic guys, and I would love to see him crack top 3 this year.

He has arguably the best back in classic. He can't build up the lower lats because his insertions are high. His lower lats are developed

Guys listen to him. I came back to this video only to confirm this workout. I only added a warm up of 3 sets with neutral wide grip pull downs, and did 5 failure sets of each exercise. Haven’t had a back pump like this for a long time! Thanks Wesley 👏🏻👏🏻

wesley never explained why, but the first movement is good because one of the functions of the lat is not just to bring the elbow down, but also to tilt the torso.
