Just an idea before you get any further, it might be a good idea to make it bolt together for easy transport? Like the longer pieces make those so they bolt to the ends. Would be a good selling feature because whoever buys it will know they can take it apart to move it. Just a suggestion, dealers choice.😎👍

That is the beauty about pallet racking it's like legos for adults. The beams (orange pieces) have nubs in them that lock into the triangular holes on the uprights (green pieces), There is a sliding lock to be sure it doesn't simply slide apart but your also supposed to install a single bolt at each joint to lock it in permanently. I plan to finish putting all the beams on it and listing it for sale as is before I make the $700.00 investment in wood and peg board. That way whoever buys it can do what they want to if there isn't any interest I'll only be out a couple hours of time and the scrap weight from the next haul. Thank you for the comment!

The material handling dealership I work at has a warehousing department. The usually can come up with some leftovers or scrap that we can cut up and use like this. It all works out in the long run. Thank you for the comment!

Pallet racking is never to be found when you need it, and all over the place when you don't need it. It is a law of physics. Just like gravity...no exceptions. I've been looking for 36" deep...ten foot tall uprights for a couple years.... I wish you took everything out of that dumpster! Have a good weekend
