Jay you never quit.. You retire. And thats a big difference.. If you would quit you wouldnt look as good as you look now and you wouldnt be training consistently. You are on the roll and most of all your passion brings more people. This transformation will impact not only your life but Im sure it will influence others to do something about their shape and fitness goals.

Your my inspiration. I'm now 58,female. I hv competed in amateur shows. Did awesome. Started at age 40. Last year I was getting ready to hit stage again in August of 23. Instead I had brain surgery. Hit the gym 4 weeks later and progressed in my strength. Was gonna compete later this year. But on July 14 I go back into brain surgery. Because of you I have found my strength from you,my inspiration!!! My new goal is to compete next year. I have learned from you never quit and focus. Set your goals and keep the BS out of your thoughts. You want it gotta go get it and work hard. That's just what I'm going to do!!! This girl is gonna to get it done Jay style

This is exactly kzbin.infoUgkxUHHotQRjIQnfuxEeVotlkHVYWH0DXZoS what I needed to get some exercise while I'm stuck at my desk all day. It's just the right size. Only downsides are that the right oeddale unscrews itself while I use it and increasing the tension causes it to squeak while in use. Both are minor issues that aren't that important to me. So I give it 5 stars.

Thank you for being such a great role model Jay. I will hit the big 50 five days before you on the 29th July, and I only started seriously training around four months ago. After a very tough year in which I lost a child and a marriage, I decided the time was right to jettison all my bad habits and form a new outlook on life, focusing on clean nutrition, exercise and a positive mental attitude to achieving fitness goals. Along with Dorian's, this is my favourite channel for inspiration. I've got the bug now and the weight room already feels like home. Blessings to you and for everything you've achieved in the sport of bodybuilding.

I have been working out since i was a kid, writiing everything down, counting, timing, doing everything accurately, and I really love Jay's philosophy of just listening to his body. Doing it organically, this is so great, i am going to try this method, no count, no timing, just feeling the pump.

I just thoroughly enjoy watching these videos so much. They put me in a good state of mind for going to the gym comfortably. From watching Jay I learned not just about lifting but how I can make myself feel more comfortable at the gym by doing things like bringing some gum or candy I like when there, Taking a little break to go out to my car, and mixing up my favorite drink/Pre Workout or whatever. just tiny little things that make me feel more at home while at the gym which is a huge thing for me as I do get anxious going to the gym, Which is why I usually go give or take around 12:30ishAM and leave at around 3:30-4:00AM so I am not around other people but that is getting better as well. Another thing I am going to try that Jay made me think of is going and doing my cardio at some time in the afternoon and then doing my weight lifting later that night to split it up because it just takes so long when knowing I have to go do my cardio and lifting but I need to do cardio to get my Blood pressure better. Knowing when going to lift at night that I just have to lift because my cardio was already done earlier will make it feel so much better. Plus I do believe from what I have learned that if doing cardio with weight training it is better for growing the muscle to do the cardio as far away time-wise from the lifting as you can.

Great content Jay… Jersey boy/fan here!! I recently stumbled across your channel and catching up on all your videos. Most recently watched your Non-Stop 16 hr work day from 3yrs ago. Very inspiring and motivating. Out of all the motivational videos there are online, you’re the real deal. No BS nor fluff. Never realized how down to earth you are. Watching you has definitely fired me up to keep pushing everyday and you showcasing and proving no matter how old we get, we can still look and feel good! Btw, I believe you worked out at the “World Gym” in Dunellen NJ back in the day. #1973club #oldschoolstillrules

For me personally you are the most down to earth bodybuilder. Your philosophy is oldskool in a modern way. The approach with the diet being the most important side of the process is something i have always done myself and tried to convince my friends also. That is the reason why never had big injuries. You are giving me the confirmation as one of the greatest bodybuilders ever that it is the way to go. Thanks for your educational videos 🤟🏼

I would freaking kill to have a Kilo club type gym in my area. A 24-hour gym with hardly anybody in there. No music, low lighting, no people playing on their phone and slowing you down. That's a great gym, my favorite that Jay goes to in Vegas. His freaking legs still look great. He's gonna look phenomenal in 8 weeks, I can see that shit already.
