so if I'm 165 lbs lean muscle 7% bf, in order to gain more muscle wouldn't I have to increase my fruit carbohydrates from 300grams, to like 500grams? I only do high rep calisthenics and running.

More carbs would definitely help. Try adding in a pound of sweet potato and some lentils.

Hey bro love the content but i need to ask you something is quinoa and bulgur good carbs for testosterone to eat because i eat it everyday as post workout with meat like chicken or beef but a lot of animal based guys like paul saladdino say whole grains are bad to eat because they contain phytic acid and oxalalets but i feel if i eat these carbs i feel strong in gym and if i follow there advice like dont eat whole grains eat only fruit i feel weak in the gym can you please ansers this message because its getting confusing

Whole grains are great for gains in the gym. The phytic acid and oxolates could be a problem if you ate then with soaking, sprouting, or cooking.

Walking is the best exercise for fat loss. Resistance band training can insist in fat loss, but indirectly by improving mitochondria
