There are only about six channels on KZbin providing proper, useful workouts. This is one of them. Tom Peto deserves a million followers - at least.

I do this twice a week for 3 months. I see and feel the difference. I also do other workouts, but this has helped a lot.

Nice variety of band exercises! I really like using my bands especially now after my arm injury from falling. I'm just starting strength exercises again, but I can't put a lot of pressure on my arm yet like with pushups. I really love learning new ways to use my bands. Thanks Tom!🥰7/24/24

Can’t really beat push-ups if looking for a minimal equipment workout. Many people struggle to do them properly but add some sets onto end of this if you want some more Chest work 👍🏼
