7 years ago at 48yo, I had a dexa scan. Showed osteopenia. My mom had severe osteoporosis so I thought this was just my fate too. 3 years ago I started eating keto, then ketovore, now carnivore. At 55 now my scan is completely normal. Another more visual cue is my finger nails are beautiful. All really long and very strong. I've never had such beautiful nails. 😍

@@stephaniefonseca1765 definitely try 90 days. Stay strict. Fatty Meat (mostly beef) eggs, real butter, salt, and water. Add the Keto Chow Electrolyte Drops every day to your water. You can do it! It's hard ,or you might think it's hard at first, but you will find yourself feeling better after about 3 weeks or so and then it gets easy. Also try to only eat 2 big meals a day and nothing else. Give your body a chance to break down some of the bad cells and heal. Intermittent fasting helps that a lot. Good luck.

@@vanessarheadart9708 Butter Mayo sounds yummy, but butter inflames me. I've tried lard mayo, not appealing to me. EVOO is too strong a flavor. So avo oil works for me. Actually, avo oil is not working for me. Turns out I am not digesting well any liquid fats: causes bloat and diarrhea. So I now eat sardines with no oil (boring) and eat butter with it instead.

Horse were never designed to eat a bucket of grains or other ground grains or mash. These things do not exist in the wild except when the grain plant is blooming and creating grains, and there is no way a horse grazing in a wild field 24/7 would ever be able to harvest the grains independently of the plant stalks that would fill what Ive seen people feed their horses every day. Also alphafa should not be fed yo horses. Too high in protien. Horses graze on multitudes of different plants, not just a mass of alfalfa. People then wonder why their horses get terrible feet problems. All the high carbs in grains or other processed feed fed to horses causes the same problems with their feet as a diabetic human. The race tracks have incidents of race horses suddenly breaking a leg on the track. But remember their excercise is not varied by most trainers. All the tendons and muscles need a variety of exercises to strengthen them Uphill and downhill work, not just sprints on a flat track. Humans? The same. We need a variety of different movements to avoid sarcopenia and to build muscle. Bones need the stress of exercise, as Dr. Berry has said. The body is wise, no demands made ( excercize) then the body will quit building bone because it's not necessary. I wonder everyday now how much of what we think is " old age" is lack of exercise and malnutrition in society today.

This includes jaw bones. You want them strong so your teeth don’t get loose over time. Poor dental health affects heart health, and you don’t want blood poisoning if teeth easily rot, gums are inflamed, with large pockets which can become infected. Some of these can be reversed, but prevention is better.

Processed meats aren’t as bad as processed carbs. Just make sure your meats don’t contain any cereal or other fillers. Nitrates are okay; they don’t hurt you. Dr. Berry even has a video about them. You will benefit greatly from: * Magnesium, eg magnesium bisglycinate, 400 mg elemental magnesium daily. * Vitamin K2, MK7 form (!!) At least 100 micrograms per day, I have the 600 mcg version from Nutrizing, Amazon. * Vitamin D3, at least 4000 IU per day, I take 10.000 IU per day, have your blood levels tested (50-70 mg/ml is optimal = 125-175 nmol/l). * Boron. 3-20 mg of elemental boron per day. You may form the required collagen with bone broth, silica in a bioabsorbable form helps to form it.
