These videos are great! I can watch them while at the gym to make sure my form is actually right. The shorts are good but the long content is really helpful for us new gym ladies.

Perfect routine for me bc this is most of the equipment I have at home. I also have a leg extension/hamstring curl thing but it can’t hold much weight.

Hey I have a fitness question if I don't feel my glutes that much or get a pump when I barbell squat will my glutes still grow ? Because my some of friends said if you don't feel you glutes that much when you squat it won't grow at all.

For the hip thrust/glute bridge, what can I use as a support for my back? My gym doesn’t have the same thing that you used for that exercise.

You can use a stepper with like 2-3 risers on each side! Depends on your height… also put a yoga mat on stepper for comfort 😊

romainian deadlift a must to lock up your knees, bending knees hardly do much for glutes... your missing inner and mid glutes all woman dont focus on .

She looks awesome and all but as an avid recreational tennis player and runner I never found the real motivation to workout in the gym. This whole gym culture is kind of weird to me. Downing kilos of all the possible supplements, lifting heavy weights, repeating same non explosive moves over and over again. For what? Just to have 1 cm bigger biceps? Well great! I got the feeling majority of gym goes is narcissistic by nature. Some of them were almost in love with their reflection in the mirror lol. My hat goes down to all the heroes who can grind this stuff day in and day out. I am much rateher running after the ball lol

You can do plyometrics, running, tennis, and lift weights. I still think weight lifting should be a priority for longevity, but if you hate it why not watch a tennis or running video? Alan Thrall is a good example to follow if you want to see someone who enjoys running and lifting.
