Like the long hallway and ceiling fans. Good size bathroom. Unique shower tile. Like there’s a linen area in the bathroom. W/D. 2nd bedroom. Yes. The long peninsula is appreciated. Nice kitchen. Can squeeze a 2 seat bistro set or a mini bar to the right wall of the primary. Can fit a dining table in that open concept. Ok size primary. En-suite a little small but enough. Close will spill over in the guest bedrooms. The garage floor just needs to be epoxied. Again if both sides $380? 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼. Would rent. And get a lap pool. Repaint the fence.

Yup, $380k includes both sides and all the design finishes. Doesn't include the land tho.

@@Marlon.Persaud so what does that mean? They have to purchase the land or no? In NY you just buy the house right? Never owned in NY but never hear ppl speak of buying land. You know better than me. I built from dirt in the Poconos. This was back in 2000. Land was $25,000. Paid it off in a yr. Then the house was $225,000. 5 bed 3 bath. Which we really needed 1 more or at least a 1/2 bath. House full every holiday of long weekend. But $380k is an amazing price.

380 K covers the construction, but are there any other expenses besides the lot that you know of? Like construction permissions, utility deployment, etc? Can this type of self construction be financed? Do you have an office where we could meet to discuss the details and lot options?
