Great build! Including malls, sports and mass transit is a nice idea. I would just change the police station to one of the tiny ones from either the Japan or Korea pack. It would look more to scale and malls generally have does tiny police stations

Love this build. One of the malls near us has a direct ramp off of the highway. I've got to share with you some of the interchanges we drove through on our trip across the country the last two weeks!!!

Couple of days late, but I got here in the end! Top build Egg, always enjoy this kind of build from you! I thought your additions and decoration to the mall really enhanced the overall asset, and really like the way Ashby Gardens sits around the Ashby Arena & Mall district - the clear anchor of the eastern(?) Rannoch metro area. I did think though - the stadium steps are quite a focal point of the asset... perhaps shifting the stadium a couple of tiles to the right to align the steps with the corner of the intersection could really serve to highlight that pedestrian travel movement? Also where you've got the Gerry monument currently, would a cheeky fanzone or concert venue work there? Perhaps they're too large though. Anyway, top shelf build as always mate!

Awesome job! I'd love to see a misty temple build somewhere in the mountains. Perhaps with the Hearts of Korea temple and the Modern Japan tower? Combine it with a mountainous nature reserve too would be cool

Great stuff, as always. 😎 Sure you've visited Tyneside recently. It's almost like you've sort of built part of Dunston. Shopping Mall - Metrocentre. It's got a train station, it's also got a bus station.. 😉 Houses fairly near, as well as offices. A major road running past, the A1 passes the Metrocentre. There's also a football ground in quite close proximity, it's not St James' Park though. It's the UTS Stadium where Dunston UTS play. Calling it a stadium is a stretch of the imagination. 😂😂

Amazing build as always Egg! 👌🏻❤️ If you would consider taking inspiration from a Swedish city I recommend Örebro as it’s really interesting located around lots of water, open farmland & has big mountains around it. Also it’s the bicycling capital of Sweden, it’s actually easier to get around on a bike instead of a car 😅

Need to add the Rannoch sign to the plaza in front of the stadium. It could be like announcing the team name. Also please change the color of the stadium to anything but the default. Maybe match the color on the Rannoch sign.

Looking at the large green area by the mall, I was really thinking it would be a great spot to have some kind of open water feature. A pond or something similar.

With your mountain builds to the observatory/radars and public viewing platforms/nightlife: Are funiculars possible in CS1? or least worth giving a go... Even if it's a tram/train/other going up a very steep gradient (to really upset the train police). Might be something fun and unique to try compared to cable cars.
