I'm 28 and I just got into L&D as a Training Lead a month back from being a Head of Operations. And guess what, I got promoted to Deputy Manager within a month after I ended up learning how to make a curriculum and presenting a productive and market-updated curriculum to the directors and vertical heads of the company which had zero revision requests. I just feel happy I made this big switch. I took this decision because I was fed up with handling clients and their escalations. This was honestly eating up a lot of my bandwidth. I could not make any major satisfactory change happen in the organization I work for, even though I was in a power position in the company. I was looking around for an opportunity where I can make a difference on LinkedIn and other job and corporate-related apps and websites and ended up seeing a position as Operations Trainer in a valued organization. I was initially worried to make this big change, but I looked back at my career history and saw that I was jumping around companies hunting for knowledge (I know it's cliché, but it's true!!). In life, one thing I've learned and developed as a habit is that I share the knowledge I have for the betterment of the place I work for or for my own businesses regardless of the cause or output of it, I share what I know. I'm rather confident now as I truly know that this is my career and those who have made a change are my motivation. Following the words of Steve Jobs and his actions I too believe I can make the change happen by learning & Developing my knowledge and doing it right the first time. - The People Who Are Crazy Enough To Think They Can Change The World Are The Ones Who Do !! Godspeed

You have an excellent way of communicating the process of L&D. I am considering honoring a job that entails L&D and I knew very little of this topic and seeing your videos made it clearer- I thank you!

Hello, I am interested in an L&D career, but I want to ask you if your advice from the website as well as from this profile, is valid for Bulgaria.
@TheLnDAcademy2 жыл бұрын
Hi Nora, Irina here. I started my career in Bulgaria (in a non-Bulgarian company!). But I’ve also worked in and with many different companies around Europe, North America and Asia. And based my experience, this is valid pretty much everywhere in the world. If you have any more questions, please reach out via email at hello@thelndacademy.com.
