Yo Seth. After watching a good amount of your berm peak videos, I attended a local council meeting and asked for permission to build unsanctioned trails in a little bit of unused land that was just becoming the local landfill. They accepted and only 1.5 weeks into building 12 people including myself have built up some sweet trails and have attracted mtbers from all over the city. The council contacted me yesterday asking about if these trails could become a dedicated project, managed and funded by their tourism board! Now I'd call that success!

I know from experience that sometimes when you’re working on a project it’s just easier to just get it done rather than film, set up shots, change camera locations and sd cards etc. Documenting a project like the is twice we had as just turning on your headphones mindlessly busting it out. So thank you Seth for all your work to make the videos so good and watchable!

Seth, I was watching one of your older videos about hacks and I thought you might like one of mine. Instead of those yolks you can buy for the workshop to hold your bars still while you work on the forks etc, you can use an innertube, I find 700C best. Cut all the way through an inch to either side of the valve and remove that section, you're left with a long rubber tube. Slip one end over your bar end, run it behind your seatpost then back to the other bar, cut to length so it's tight then slip that one over too. Holds them tight enough to work on your front end and unlike the shop bought ones you can turn the bars if you want and it'll maintain that angle. Great videos dude, shout me out if you use this in your next hacks vid =D

Hey man. I want to say thank you for some awesome and entertaining content over the last several years. I do have a "but" and it's a big one. LOL. The "but" is... I'm kinda tired of Seth's Landscaping. While I do love to see you ride, and take the jumps and obstacles of Berm Peak, shoveling dirt is not what drew me to your channel nor will it keep me watching. What I love is your riding skills and instruction, bike wrenching instruction and hacks, and product reviews. That core content for me is getting more rare on your channel. I'm glad to see you are starting a new channel and am hoping to see more of the content on landscaping and property maintenance on your other channel, with more of the mountain bike hacks, repair, and riding techniques on this channel. Of course, this is just my 2 cents and hopefully you value the feedback and take it constructively. Thanks again and as always, I look forward to seeing more of your fabulous content in the future.

Agreed, Wall ride with loop back to the road. If Mrs Bike Hacks would allow it.

I love the wall ride idea

Thanks for the videos detailing how the trail is made, this is way more work than it even looks in the video... but well worth it in the end!

Extra speed after the landing? I think the answer is obvious: loop de loop You’re welcome

Yes that would be awesome

WALLRIDE! Put a wallride at the end, perfect for all that speed!
@ritnerritner15 жыл бұрын
yeah like a 120-150 degree turn to more jumps that wouldnt be possible without the speed from the wall ride berm
@ritnerritner15 жыл бұрын
could even have a kicker coming off the road over the top and off to the side of the exit of the of the wall ride

A quarter pipe to air out on with all that speed after the jump would be perfect!

A nice curved wall ride would eat up some of that speed, so would a step up, or possibly both if you have the space.

Seth's a mini Andrew Camarata in the making. Couldn't help but laugh when he said hope you enjoyed watching us build a gravel road. He doesn't know how deep it goes
