I just literally and quite accidentally, stumbled upon SocialProof this month. I am so blessed by the mindset of these young people! I am entering my 60's researching how to keep my assets for our children. I'm a bit fearful because they have- thus far- not been taught how to invest. But i have told warned them- Do Not Sell! Keep what we've worked for in the family. Now I need to teach them how. They BETTER NOT sell my house when I'm gone because I bought it for them!🤣🤣🤣

Take the gems where you can but make sure to thoroughly vet every person especially if they have a course. And make sure they are in your same market. Purchased a course from someone featured and things were not as I was told they would be. It was very evident the course money became the motive. I get it logically, most of us are 1st generation wealth but what I was told to induce me to buy versus what it was, was really gross and sad in hindsight. My takeaway was..Let us all be aware that money exposes the strength of your integrity.

I had a similar experience with one of the panelist. One of them was selling PERSONAL consultations regarding real estate and offering personal funding. Well, someone who works for 1 of the panelist got on the phone pretending to be said panelist..(caller i.d got her caught)in essence committing fraud Pretending to be someone they were NOT which was supposed to be one of the panelist!! Went back and forth with my bank about the fraudulent activity but of course they lied about the facts of service paid for. But yes, definitely do your due diligence even with doing so you just don't know🙄😡
@shondadeloach67142 жыл бұрын
@@swaggerchri5 I had a similarly bad experience with an assistant of one of the panelist. After paying for a cohort signing & submitting the required documents then dedicating our scheduled time to this call, a call was never received, all night (literally 3hours) my screen said 'wating on host'. After reaching out to the panelist she said I can reschedule. I did and never even received a zoom link the second time. It was very heartbreaking because despite not wanting to pay the amount for a phone call I decided to invest in myself to get my home.... But got burnt 😔
