MS Earthworks Yup just like how our ancestors did it. Why carve out a new stone slab with chisels and hand tools when there’s one that fell over from a meteor impact 10,000 years ago just 100 feet away...

Those were really awesome bluestone slabs and I was initially bummed when they broke. But in the end I think it gave the patio more character. Nice work.

That Bluestone you salvaged is beautiful!! Lots of old Ulster county Bluestone quarries up there

Looks like you've been busy now that the weather is getting better! Being able to reuse that bluestone was awesome, came out great! Very cool video, really liked all the shots from the drone too, adds such a nice dimension!

first shot 0:00 - 0:07 mood is soo cinematic, i think your filmmaking predispositions may surpass anything you do in crafts, very sensitive choices of music for shoots and in good taste, koi fish vid is also very good

Holy Mary! Do you have any Idea what that stone would sell for in Minnesota? What was that old foundation for, and how old was it? I can't imagine the work it would have taken to set that stone on the foundation. Really cool stuff!

What’s struck me about you Andrew is your positive attitude, your experience in doing your jobs Is second to none what the customer wants is never above you. You always get stuck in working solo or with a home owner, you show experience in referring to previous jobs and ways of doing things and show initiative by doing preventative maintenance and using skills developed over time. Sorry If I’ve shouted your good but it needs saying.

I always wondered how you were going to use the bucket you modified with no teeth on it just a straight front edge great to smooth out the soil or gravel it worked out well setting the blue stone nice and flat ! Great job !

I think stonehenge is made up of (some) bluestones ... so the patio should weather well!

Great job on that. The sand didn't look very sandy. Your video production and editing are very good. The video is very good compared to many channels. Even at full screen, the quality is still very good. I think you showed the camera you use on a video.

I'd like to know the history of that old foundation and how it was found. Did somebody trip over it one day, or did the owner of the property know it was there? What a lucky find!

Yes, those slabs are nice, It was in the corner of that property, I think it took them a few months to notice that. I'm sure it was the floor of a house or barn. That foundation is really big.

8:32 earth may not be the best under layer for patio stones. Long term composting, drainage and weeds spring to mind.
