Looks great man. I’m about to start screening in my porch this week and i’m using your videos for reference as they are the closest to resembling my own project. And I’m in Georgia to so I feel your pain on this Heat/Rain every other day lol.

Thanks!! The heat normally doesn’t bother me too much but this summer has been a little rough. After a couple hours it’s time to go inside. It definitely shouldn’t have taken me the 3 months it took to get to painting but I guess it will be ready for the fall lol. If you have any questions let me know and I’ll do my best to answer them.

why no housewrap for the plywood?

I considered wrapping it but after talking to a few people I decided not to since I was not fully enclosing and insulating the entire area and making it completely waterproof/weatherproof. They told me that there will be too many other entry points for water and moisture to enter and there’s a good chance then house wrap would make it harder to water to dry out that leaks behind it.

@@Astros-dz4bxsoo far soo good! Only reason I really know is because I have to remove one piece of siding recently when I was making a whole for my electrical and I figured I might as well look at kind to make sure things still looked good.
