Great job! For the wooden deck, use coffee stirrer sticks, and stain them with alcohol colored with a few drops of India ink. That will give them the greyish-silver color of a weathered wooden deck. That's what those of us in the model railroad game use for the decks of flatcars. Keep up the good work!

Great job. I have been working with Plastruct and Evegreen brand styrene sheets and shapes for 40 yrs. I have only worked in 1/24 -1/25th scale and for the past 10 yrs I have been just building 1/18th scale . I build scale trailers and race car frames. The Plastruct glue you are using works very well but it really stinks. There are special cutters to trim the sheet styrene. I realize that the majority of your work is in 64th scale so you may not need anything other than exacto type blades. Exacto blades do a good job but they are easier to keep on the line if you use them backwards to make your cuts. Lots of light cuts. You are right, when you put gussets and cross beams in, the piece becomes very rigid. I love your videos. While I don't do 64th scale, I do watch you for airbrushing techniques and your humor. . I only recently bought an airbrush and haven't raised the courage to try it. Are you Canadian? I am in Ontario Canada. Keep up the great videos. The trailer looks awesome with great detail added .

Clever build with styrene! Ramp holder part was brilliant!!! Next time try putting two angles on the deck part far enough to wedge the tires in so the car does go flying off with a hot dog driver! Looks like you have found another calling as Styrene Resurrection!😍 Also check out Sidewaysking75 version of a car transport using Hot Wheels Kombi VW. Amazing styrene work on it! Great Job, I recently purchased some large sheets of clear plastic to restore some old 1/18 scale model boxes. The kind that has the plastic window covering 75% of the box and that plastic gets nasty over the years. I also bought the Odds-n-Ends pack, they "Evergreen" make a bunch of stuff like ready made girders, rods, 1/2 round rods etcetera. Nice folks to speak with if you call them for a specific need. I see Jimmy (Up to about 1:30) is outside his trailer recovering from a heck-of-a-wild-party LOL. Sadly I see you've inserted music, one of the things I enjoy most about your videos is the narrative with no music. I would have preferred just hearing your thoughts about l working with the styrene. Ah-ha that's what you did, lost the music, thank you. I see Jimmy has recovered at about 20:50. Seriously, what a great job, it looks store-bought. I'm looking forward to seeing the ramps built and maybe some side rails. WONDERFUL VIDEO and YES do more building vids.

I used to go through quite a bit of styrene, Plastruct solvent, MEK, and CA adhesive myself, back in the days when I was a young buck of a Uni student majoring in Industrial Design, making conceptual prototype models. Seeing this sort of enthusiasm is contagious enough to get me back into scratching that itch to scratch build. For a "first", that turned out really well. The only significant thing I can see that sweet trailer is missing is some sort of landing gear, to hold it level when it's unhitched.
