In this video, Tim shows how to rock and crawl "around the clock" to build and develop movement options in different motion vectors. The more movement options you have access to, the healthier you are!

I'd like to say thanks for the "Rebounding without a trampoline" video, where you demonstrate bouncing on the spot without your feet fully leaving the ground. I've found it to extremely useful when I use it in between sets of my usual workout sessions. I do the bouncing while relaxing the whole body and letting my shoulders droop; I find that the muscular tension dissipates, making recovery between sets more efficient, as well as keeping the blood flowing. I find your work extremely useful in general but this bouncing method is perhaps a favourite of mine. Thank you, friend.

I'm watching this in a b and b in Florence. No gym, no park nearby, no kettlebells. Who cares? I crawled this morning, and I'll try this tomorrow. Thanks, Tim.

@Original Strength Thanks Tim. Definitely on a much needed vacation. We saw Michelangelo's David today. For over 600 years old, he's in great shape.

Hey Tim I went through and did some of your demonstrated movement videos yesterday as part of my recovery. Tweaked my shoulder, neck and knee on same side of body. Whole thoracic region is imbalanced it seems. The movement in this video was very challenging but I'm going to keep at it. Thanks much!

I've been rocking nearly every day and doing so in different ways, at angles, in circles, rocking pushups and Hindu rocking, whether training w/ kettlebells, or doing bodyweight, or mobility-focused training. This will give me other options to explore. Thanks, man.
