This is a really good one! Even without the bench. Definitely finding it harder to get up from the floor now at 62....

The bench is just for guidance. Or those without imaginations!

IMHO, best way for older people to get up from the floor is: 1) first get onto all fours, like you were going to crawl 2) keep both hands on the floor while putting your feet under your body 3) stand up

@@lmbzx1186 well I'm a bit older than I used to be but not exactly an elder yet :) I'm pretty active biking, swimming, paddleboarding, but it's a matter of flexibility mostly. Anyway thx for trying to help out!

I need to start an OS park for all ages. Indoors and out. All seasons. Super low cost membership and open 24/7/365. And a full gym and a giant classroom for trainings and guest trainers. Plus a BodCast Studio to round this out.

@@OriginalStrengthSystem For sure it would! Something that combines all the best parts of a rock climbing gym, a trampoline park, and a playground, basically. That would be AMAZING! I think if you combined that with a facility that does oxygen therapy, red light therapy, PEMF therapy, and nutritional guidance you've essentially just described my dream business.
