It just hit me that you don’t need to do a lot of fancy stuff in the morning after waking up. People say you need to do this that and this again for hips, for shoulders for butt for ankles and so on…. Which makes me crazy… just drop your body on the floor and crawl, roll, some table poses and you good to go 😅

Tim, I love the slow crawl. I think of myself as a cat on the prowl for food. I really think that any slow movement builds strength and endurance . Keep on crawling my friend.

Thanks for the reminder! I remember in an interview of yours that if you can own going slow, you can go fast. It’s the karate kid effect lol

Weird request: Could you make a video about a reset routine that can be done during a bathroom break at work ? I already do things on my toilet break (deep squat, hip circle movements, spinal wave etc) but i would love to hear your ideas on the topic :) Keep up the great work!

Tried it today as a warm up before strength training. Tried backwards and sideways which was fun! I felt well warmed up, sharp and ready to go! I will try this on an off day on its own. Many thanks Tim.

Thank you for encouraging others to crawl! You’ll never truly know how much that will help them, but it will help them!

Tim, tried this for 10 minutes at the end of my workout today. Even if you can crawl with your knees up, it feels good doing it on the knees slowly like this. Why is this though?

It’s the gentle movements that soothe you. They are worth the investment

How do you think about weight distribution when on your palms ? Are you thinking about “corkscrewing” or some other types of cues ? Thanks for the amazing info btw!!

I think that its enough to be aware of it in the beginning. As long as it dosn’t hurt it’s just a matter of time before your body knows whats best for it. Just a guess, so don’t take my word for it
@OriginalStrengthSystemАй бұрын
I’m really not thinking about it all. I mostly do it and feel to learn what my body is doing and wanting to do. However it is also good to intentionally play as you suggest to learn from that as well. I do do that on occasion but 85% of the time I just do and notice

My doorbell makes that exact same noise and it had me fooled for a second there haha
