Great quality Tomaazo. I can tell you put effort into this video. I have been going the gym nearly everyday since midway through last November, and I haven’t started lifting. Only machines *like* lifting. I’m going to start tomorrow though, making sure to keep in mind what you have said. Thank you.

Hey man Just wondering if you could help anything with my jaw. Basically I had tmj issues and I still think the disc has moved. My face looks slightly c shaped to me anyway. My family and stuff say they can’t see it as much but I’ve heard that people can’t really notice asymmetry that easily anyway. But Yh do you know if there’s anything I can do. Like the left side is higher up and seems like it comes in more

The reason compound movements especially squats are good is because you can work more muscles harder and doing that releases more growth hormones👍

Just some add stuff for you bro- add weighted chin ups or pull ups. Your back will become fucking huge ridiculously fast, grip will increase crazy so your deadlifts will go up and it decompressed your spine

Guys if you are already over or at 25% body fat you don’t need to be on a surplus to gain muscle as a beginner. Maintenance calories is just fine, you do NOT want to add unnecessary fat per month as you can only get like 1-2lb of muscle per month max and around 12lb of pure muscle max per year those with top tier genetics and those with average around 6 to 10lb.

@@tomazzo5177 I have another question: ive been mewing for about 2 weeks now, and i stopped wearing my orthodontic retainers, but now i am a starting to see little gaps open up between some of my teeth. does this mean that im mewing wrong, or will i have to choose between jawline and teeth? you said that you received orthodontic treatment as well, did you have the same issues when you stopped wearing your retainers?

Quick question how does your teeth shift when my tongue barely touches my teeth and also aren’t you supposed to mew all day like keep your tongue on top of the roof so that it just becomes muscle memory or is it only a couple of hours and then you put your tongue back to where it normally was?

It's just practice. Don't put your self down if you're struggling it took AstroSky like 6 years to perfect it so anything better than that is good.

Jack Matthews its getting better now, i was prob fed a lot of ez to swallow foods when i was a baby so i never learned how to swallow and chew properaly lmao

@@playboymatty5942 Same with me. Baby food then mashed up stuff and McDonalds. My parents tried their hardest to fuck me up. I had a recessed jaw for the longest time and hugely puffy cheeks. Getting better every week.

I think that is a bit too much creatine, i go for ~4g for 4 years already, no cylcle, on non stop, no side effects and safe at ~6'1 225 pounds ( Off creatine 220 pounds, 4g or 20g still reach 225pounds, so there is no point to take more)

Hey man I have a question and I hope you or someone else here could help me out. The left side of my face is more defined than my right side, I feel like my right cheekbone is a bit lower and more moved back than my left. Also the right side of my jaw is lower than my left side. My left jawmuscle is stronger than my right. Do you have any idea why this is? I did some research and some people say it might be from sleeping too much on one side, but I'm not really sure. I'm 19 years old now, how do I fix this problem? I'm also a bit sceptical bout mewing.

@@Klyki. mike mew said not to sleep on your back. It's so much harder to keep tongue on the palate, and the tongue falls down into your airway, and you end up mouth breathing

Yes, that's a good thing. The pain is part of the tongue strengthening process, once you have a stronger tongue posture improves and it's easier to apply larger forces onto the maxilla. You should want to feel the pain and remember if it hurts its getting stronger and stronger is better.

Akash Jaiswal you should try to even it out, or mew more on the left side. my left side is wider than my right. I started mewing more on the right side and can feel my right jaw muscle feel changing though it hurts sometimes.

Every one in the comment section is suddenly an expert in fitness and nutrition lmao. I think your video is really good and has great informations about bodybuilding, but I have to disagree at some points. Multivitamins pills aren't "essential" if you regularly eat vegetables and fruits throughout the day and NO you dont have to eat crazy amounts of vegetable and fruits everyday. Also creatin for beginners is just not useful, because they dont have enough muscle mass yet.

It depends. His smile could look weird because he shows too much of his gums, which is likely caused by the lengthening of the face. It could also be that his smile makes a strange shape which is a habit of which muscles he uses to smile, you could change that by practising using different muscles to smile in the mirror.

Creatin is not valuable imo. Youre body produces it on its owm so if you supplement with it your body slows down the production and youll probably end up with the same amount of creatine in your body but less money in your pocket. Its not even considered doping but caffeine is so id also say there isnt much of an long term performance boost. Maybe the first few times ... Also some people get cramps from it Stay safe💚
