Awesome to see the fabrication of it all! Thanks for sharing. It still amazes me that over there (where you are) buildings are made mainly out of WOOD... That's so unusual, as here (The Netherlands) we use bricks for houses/buildings or metal for these types of shops. But keep the updates on the build coming. Loving it.

in canada commercial buildings are still made with steel construction but it all depends on what license he has, maybe its just going to be a addition to his new custom house which he might build as then he will have to pay less taxes based on zoning etc.

Electrician here. If it were my shop, I would ask the electricians to add an empty conduit that runs into the attic. In the future when you want to add circuits, the electrician can run the wires through that conduit, into the attic, then to the new circuit location. It’s not necessary for that kind of job, but it’ll make the labor time much less, and ultimately be cheaper for you. Love you vids man, I’ve learned a lot.
