At this point, Boneezy and I can safely say we've been content creators for more than half of our careers. With still so much we want to explore, we decided to take a risk and try to make the most of our opportunities. We want to take all of you with us in this crazy journey. I am just wondering why not buy your own lot and build your content studio than renting a place that needs major renovation? You're gonna need to pay for the rent and you need huge budget for the renovation unless you don't have to pay for the rent.
