Upgrades are VERY important in this game. Also getting the engineer suit shield make you a lot tougher. Just know the drones and such can be killed by the laser and the drones that shoot you can avoid being hit if you circle around them. There is a field full of rocks you can mine for nickel and gold if you can find them. The nickel is behind and over the asteroid to the left of Theta-9. Gold I think is more towards the yellow dome where there is a huge destroyed ship (between the chunks and behind it). There is gold and nickel in other locations, but usually they are scattered around a bit. Be careful making health kits as you might struggle finding fabric... which you need to craft other things that are more important. If my health gets low I just sit outside my base until I run out of oxygen. You drop you stuff there so you can go out and grab it. You come back with 50% health, food, and water. Yes the berries are used for a few recipes like the t2 water. Those brown rocks where you found the skipper and vehicle station were nickel.

Capps just out here crashing into asteroids while zipping past marlboro boxes and getting zapped by newly found bad guys. If you're not pinging what I'm scanning down, lemme put it this way. You're the Gilligan, and I'm totally here for it, lol 😂 I'll be looking out for the next episode 👍

Hey brother - I don't know if anyone else has mentioned this (if so, beg your pardon) but just as you did in The Planet Crafter, you can construct/deconstruct airlocks as you go, and never need to worry about running out of O2 again! I have tested it in my own game, and it worked. You need to (a) make sure your construction tool has power, (b) not wait until the very last second and (c) make sure you have a clear area. The airlock doesn't need to connect to anything so, like the buildings in TPC, you can construct it, step inside and refill your O2 and then deconstruct it and go on your merry way. 🙂🙂🙂👍👍👍

Btw station power is broadcast across the entire map, so you can place mining stations on random corridors in the middle of resource fields and just let them go to town.

There's a strategy to dealing with the drones (blue and green, I've yet to get away from the speedy red ones by backing up) press the back and side keys together and shoot your laser at them... once you have it that is. 😄

There is enough 'localized mass' that you aren't technically going to be in full zero G. There is no real 'zero G, there is always some fraction of gravity even if it's from distant stars.
