Fantastic, thanks! About four years ago I was planning to build a bandsaw, Inspired by designs from Matthias Wandel, John Heisz, and others. I came across a video which showed a small sized machine where the table stayed flat and the blade tilted. (Sound familiar?). I was really smitten with this idea, and did a Fusion 360 concept design. At this stage my wife found a used bandsaw, solid, in excellent condition... it was too good to pass up, so we bought it, and my plans went into the "I wonder" bin. Your lovely machine has shown me what might have been... it's great! Liked & Subscribed, hungry for more! 😃👍

👍I was planing to make small wind turbine from this engine, but never find a time to do that so this engine standing for 3yrs, but then this virus appeared I started to make this channel and finded a better way how to reuse this engine. I still have few more ideas, for this type of engine, I think to get them more😀very pleased, that you subscribe my channel, I hopes to make more projects that you like🙂

while making this project I used laptop power supply, 15V 75w🙂 and that was enough to make cuts, but now im using 36V power supply, but obviously you can use 36v battery for this engine👍

Hate to burst your bubble, but this is not a bandsaw but a mini ship saw. The difference being that on a bandsaw, the blade is in a fixed position and the table is adjustable. Where as the reverse is true for a ship saw.

When I build this saw I used 16v laptop power supply, latter was changed to 36v, didn’t feel any difference. In video description section I left saw blade dimensions, you have try to find same size

Looks like Blades for MBS/E band saw are the same size. Standard Bandsaw Blade, fine toothed (24 TPI)
42" x 13/64" x 1/64" (1,065 x 5.0 x 0.4mm). 
Of hardened Swedish steel. Ideal for cuts in steel and brass.

Jego silnik 36v 250w, na filmie używam go z zasilaczem 15v 80w i wycinam 5cm pokój z drewna sosnowego, więc z zasilaczem 36v jest więcej, gdy się zaspokoi😉
