Eric, your video is so clear of how to achieve strength and build muscles. Especially this one, I have been following you on those few exercises for strength and muscle building with few upper body, rotation 🙏🏼🙌

Thanks, that was a big help. I’m 71, no need for the barbell bulge. However, strength, stamina, and health are what I’m focusing on. Thanks again for the clarification.

wouldn't an accurate volume mesure be weight * reps * sets per muscle group?

Hey Eric, so I’m currently on the skinny fat stage looking to cut down, I’m obviously looking to build muscle as well. Looking for a slim fit look, what rep range should I focus on if that’s my goal. Im wondering because I play soccer and I don’t wanna be more slower, looking to have functional muscle
