I understand how you feel about the lower legs . The best advice I can give is as soon as you feel pain call it quits. It tough bc you probably want to keep running but if you get really good at this you will , one, be able to run again sooner, and two, progress more as time goes on.

I would mix the tuna with some cottage cheese or ricotta cheese (very low in cals) and it'll add moisture and tons more protein

You can put some salsa or hot sauce on those egg whites blood or even natural peanut butter. Also, only running sprints is better. Puts your body into its fat-burning zone for 12-48 hours. And, try chunk white tuna instead mixed with a tbsp or two of homemade Good Seasons Italian dressing (evoo + vinegar + water).

brother buy an ebike and load your stuff in a bag. do not drive so often that car. there are so many great bikes. running at night with body lights is also cool. like i mentioned new area is coming 💪🏽running in the forest and boxing. workout with own body weight. dip bars. equipment for outdoor. exit the member ship for the gyms people and start working out outdoors.

What a beast! Eating Tuna without Mayo, even when I'm on poverty calories on a harsh ass deficit where i find literally spinach + Hotsauce a delicacy i still need to add something like mayo or greek yogurt to my tuna.. Ima try to just use hot sauce like this and make it work
