Great job! Just had a complete suspension refresh on my e92 335i with almost all the same components, added m3 spec ST coilovers, m3 rear lower control arm conversion w/ spl inner bushing, and solid diff mounts. Curious as to why you chose not to add monoballs in place of the rear lower control arm on the inner position. McGill Motorsports also sells a rod end spacer that allows the use of the lembfroder monoball, same bushing that is on the inner position of the upper control/guide arm, on the carrier side. This would eliminate the last the of the rubber bushings in the rear.

Unfortunately becoming more of an issue, this one was okay still with a wire wheel, rust treatment and some paint, but on our high mileage Monte Carlo car the rust had gone too far and was compromising the integrity of the subframe so it had to be replaced.

Evolve Team, another great video! Let me know what Aston thinks of the Revshift Subframe Bushings compared to others. It shouldn’t have any change whilst driving from other Solid Subframe Bushings. The sandwich design makes sense but I am not sure if it’s worth doing for ease of installation.

Also quick question… how did you guys salvage the subframe? I know in the high mileage car you bit the bullet and purchased new but in this car, it appears to be refurbished. A video would be great!
