Great Job.. Do you need planning for this.. Is there a maximum span you can do, is there any height restrictions as my ridge is low and do you just do the structural work and I could finish all 2nd fix.. Many thanks Glen

100% you can not put that boiler flue in the floor like that !!!!!!!!!!!! how is it going to be inspected each year on the service ?

Exactly what I was going to say !!!! If you slow it down and look at the finished flue a bit closer, you will see at least 3 issues (Flue Unsupported and not clipped, Flue joints not screwed and Taped, No inspection hatches to flue joints/ fittings). This would be classified as an "AT RISK" situation (per current GAS SAFTEY Regs). The Gas supply to the boiler would need to be disconnected until the faults were rectified!!! Quite Serious really!! I'd like to point out that at no point in the video did I see Rob or any of his lads touch the flue. He did mention a plumber was coming to move the flue, so none of these issues would be related to Rob. Apart from the flue issues the rest of the job looked Great !!
