Built Head Install On MK4 Jetta 2.0 Turbo

In this video I finally got around to installing the head we built a couple of weeks ago. We also put on my smaller .48 ar eBay turbo for a quicker spool time with my 2.0 built engine. Definitely doesn't breathe as well as it did with the .63 ar but the power band is in a better place for me personally!

Just got a 2.0 AT 2002, working on the switching out everything thats bad, already did a wiper fluid delete after I switch out everything I plan on doing the body work from there I'm gonna start to rebuild the engine. Hey guys! Just wondering, have you installed an external transmission oil cooler on your car? I am running the 01m automatic in my Jetta and I have found a bunch of forums stating that heat is the killer of these gearboxes. Cheers!
