Ever since I've been using the bulgarian bag, macebell and kettlebell for strength and conditioning, my body has gotten insanely strong, it's much more fun to do and will help you more in daily life than anything else.

Great cardio muscular endurance paced exercises. Work the sets explosively with purpose. Great coaching and love the funny humorous resting reference to anyone that's a slacker. "Rest 10 to 15 seconds... Anything longer is for your Grandma" 👵🤣

Would you recommend going up to 90 seconds?
@Pelegrino19253 жыл бұрын
I wouldn.t go that much. I.d rather add 1 more rep. each. :)
@SaulGoodman-w2x3 жыл бұрын
No, get a heavier bag if you find 30/60 seconds too easy.

Depending on your level of training, and what you are looking to achieve in terms of your training, that will determine how many rounds/sets of each exercise you should do. If you are looking for a real challenge, or are an athlete training for performance, we definitely recommend going for three rounds. That means you do each exercise for three sets, having 20-30 seconds of rest in between each set, and then move on to the next exercise.
