I feel the 50 pounds is the one forcing me the best way to embrace the movement& absorb.. Im 43 years old and do a lot of stair running,dips ,chin-ups and now my 50 pound Bulgarian bag! Thnx!

You definitely have to use technique when training with the heavier Bulgarian Bags. It's a lot tougher to just muscle the bag.

I have a question coach: should I rest between each move (rest after completing 6 rep of each exercise) before moving to the next one or not? and if I rest, how many seconds of rest? Thanks in advance and God Bless :)

You should do 3-5 sets of each move with at least 30 seconds rest to make sure you can accelerate to your max speed. Stay Suples Strong!

I have a 26kg /58lbs bag and i can do this circuit
