Video ആവശ്യം കഴിഞ്ഞു ഞാൻ എന്റെ സുഹൃത്തുക്കൾക്ക് വലതും ആവശ്യം ഉണ്ടെന്ക്കിൽ കൊടുക്കും.

1-Bro i have replaced cams on my bullet 2010 . And the setting remained same for 50kms and then cam sound came . Shauld i go for 2 dot pinion . Already have adjustable spindles fixed from company .plz reply . 2-also can we go back from oversize pinion to standard size ever again?

1. You can use dot 2 2. Yes yes we can go back with it. When we change the cam gears again we can use ordinary pinion. Please check the wear and tear of engine main bearings. Because if it is worn out, this new settings will not work for long time.

Engine bearing sound can be recognized by experienced mechanics. Anyway use fully Synthetic oil for safety of such bearings, cam wheels etc.

എന്റെ 85 മോഡൽ ബുള്ളറ്റ് ആണ്. കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം ഒരു 150 km ഓടിച്ചു. ഇപ്പോൾ കിക്കറിന്റെ അകത്തുകൂടെ ഓയിൽ ലീക്ക് ഉണ്ട്. ഓയിൽ ഒരു 100ml കൂടുതൽ ഒഴിച്ചാരുന്നു. 600ml. ഇനി അതാണോ കാരണം. 🙄

Gear shaft വഴി leak ചെയ്യില്ല. Outer cover അഴിച്ചു നന്നായി നോക്കണം.. Kick lever shaft വഴി ആണോ. അതോ Nut വഴി ആണോ എന്ന്.

Crank weight കൂട്ടിയ വണ്ടി ആകുമ്പോൾ പഴയ പോലെ speed കുറച്ചു top ഗിയറിൽ പോകാൻ കഴിയില്ല.. അത്രേ ഉള്ളു. ഞാൻ എന്റെ വണ്ടിയിൽ സ്പീഡിൽ പോകുന്ന ആൾ ആണ്. അത് ഡൽഹിയിൽ നിന്നു വാങ്ങിയതാണ്, അത് fit ചെയ്യാൻ പ്രത്യേകം mechanic വേണ്ട. 190രൂപ ആണ് വില.

Adding some 2T oil in the petrol in a ratio not more than 1:20 during long continuous drives or occasionally is good. It also prevents rusting of petrol tank.

Kicker Shaft ൽ ഒരു ക്ലച്ച് ഉണ്ട്‌. അതിന്റെ പ്രവർത്തനത്തിന്റെ തകരാറു ആണ് കാരണം. ഞാൻ gear box video ചെയ്തതിൽ പറയുന്നുണ്ട്.

1 adjustable cam spindles and new cam gears . No crank bearing sound . Humming sound still continues after 100 kms . 2- adjustable spindles already came from campany as the owner denied that he has changed them . I am not going to 2dot pinion and if i want to go back to standard size i will cam to replace cams ⚙️ 3- does oversize pinion have any side effects?

That humming sound is because of the new teeth vs old teeth and due to the twisting of the crank shaft because of the resultant force by new pinion wheel. Yes some bullets comes with adjustable ones Oversize pinion apply a force to the crank shaft.. But it is not too harmful..

കുറച്ചു oil കൂടി ഒഴിക്കാം... Approximate 200-250 ml gear oil. കൂടുതൽ ആയാലും കുഴപ്പം വരില്ല. Oil കൂടി ഉണ്ടേൽ re circulation നടക്കും. Grease മാത്രം ആയാൽ അത്ര effective അല്ല. പുതിയ gear box ആയാൽ അൽപ്പം strain ഉണ്ടാകും

Front sprocket കൂടുതൽ പല്ല് ഉള്ളതാക്കുക. ഞാൻ ഒരു 18 പല്ല് sprocket വാങ്ങിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. പരീക്ഷിച്ചു നോക്കട്ടെ. ബുള്ളറ്റിനെ സാധാരണ ഉള്ള അഞ്ച് സ്പീഡ് ഗിയർ ബോക്സ് over ഡ്രൈവ് അല്ല. അതുകൊണ്ട് 5 സ്പീഡ് ഗിയർ ബോക്സ് കൊണ്ട് പ്രത്യേക പ്രയോജനം ഒന്നുമില്ല. പക്ഷേ പല്ല് കൂടിയ sprocket വാങ്ങിച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ നമുക്ക് ഒരു over ഡ്രൈവിംഗ് ഗുണം കിട്ടും
