Yo Josh. You are super rad. I do blue collar work, commercial fishing In port orford oregon. Your movements and ideas are changing how my body feels throughout the day, Like squat while sanding or whatever it may be,or kneel. As i train your movements in a set and rep sort of fashion, it seems to me to be the scientific link to really see results. Most people do it once in yoga and are done. Your animal style is dope; anyway its working well for me and I'm implementing your stuff to my crew which is like a basket ball crossed with a bobsled team. 4 men performance based in a race to catch the crab before the evil corporation boats do. Mom and pop old school small boat. Come for a visit and stay in my air bnb complimentary of course. Eat fish and lamb off my farm... Lotta respect Skye
