Dribbling a basketball, juggling, throwing a Frisbee while stationary with a friend...depends on what you like to do. Try to work within what you are able to do and make the activity not about "rehabbing" but something that looks something like where you ultimately want to go at a very regressed version within your current limits instead of only "rehabbing" and eliminating all forms of play

@@ThePetieProject actually, I returned to playing with limited intensity only. And the hardest part to accept is that you are now only a shell of your old self inside the court. By the way, did you have acl repair?

@@futureceltic00 yes acl in the past, the pain I was going through at the time was pfp rather than acute. Trust me I know how frustrating it is to step back. Relentless patience is your friend. Good luck to you!
